Seems like they just can't get it right the first time regardless of how simple the job is. They screwed up an oil change. If you like paying top dollar for bad service this is the place. Sad! More

These guys had the best price on what I was looking for so I decided to go with them. The trade value in my current vehicle was low, so I sold it myself. At this point, the front of the house was cool and laid back. The day I sold my van, the family and I went to buy the vehicle. Wife looked to make sure that is what she wanted, and done. We go to the desk inside with the salesman and filled out paperwork. They were unorganized a little when it came to this part, but to me, no big deal. The dealership was under new ownership and I expect a few issues. After all of that was done, we head to finance. This is where things got bad. The finance guy was terrible. I mean, really bad. I was asked about purchasing GAP about 20 times as a whole. Why didn’t I want it? Am I sure? Trying to explain why I should buy a product I did not want the many times I said no. At one point he tells me the $44,000 vehicle will only be worth $20,000 in 2-3 years so I need GAP. My response was if it was to lose that much value, I didn’t want it. So after that debacle, we arrive at paperwork. Mind you I have a 2 and 5 year old and trying to make this quick and painless. I forgot to mention something I wanted done in the loan and apologized about that before the contract was done, but wanted it changed. This finance guy acted as if it would take an act of congress to change the paperwork and told me the bank may not take it or change the rate with the change. Which I know for a fact it wouldn’t, he was lazy. He then added with the additional money added, I should definitely add GAP now! That was it. No more. I decided to leave. He wanted me to take the vehicle home while they redo the paperwork for the next day, but I declined. **For everyone’s understanding, once you leave with their vehicle, that is taking delivery, be careful.** I pulled the sales manager to the side before leaving expressing my issues. We left. We were on edge about doing business with them due to the issue, no matter the savings. So the next day, Saturday, I called later that day to let them know I was still aggravated with the situation and I was told the deal would be off the table after that night. I passed. The salesman called right after I spoke to the sales manager, and I expressed my issue and told him that the finance guy was a cancer and cost him the sale. He then went on defense mode and tried to make me feel guilty in saying they dealer traded for this vehicle for me, filled it up, and cleaned it for me, etc..... I replied with my stance and that was it. On to Monday. I was called by the salesman and was asked if I was still looking at an Atlas. I said yes, we are buying one today as we needed a second vehicle. I gave him an offer since he called and it was $135 less than original and I wanted it delivered to me. I didn’t hear anything for hours so I sent s text and asked what the deal was. He responded with online price plus doc fee. Way more than original. I was out. No problem, but when you call me, I felt that the original offer was still a stand but I wanted it delivered. With that being said, the salesman turned out to be snobby and the finance guy irritating and has no business talking to customers. I’d also like to point out the final price was wrong after I looked back, as they tried to sling the doc fee on top of our put the door agreed price. I will not step back in there personally. I did call Fowler Volkswagen in Norman and they gave me a deal very comparable to the terrible business in Edmond. Kevin was my salesman and Zack handled finance. We were asked brief questions once, replied, signed, and were gone. Highly recommend Fowler Volkswagen for a good experience in an already stressful environment. More

We truly enjoyed workin Buying our new Atlas was an easy and enjoyable experience! Buying a car is normally a stressful experience but not this time. We truly enjoyed working with our salesman, Jeff Graham. We went in with our own financing but they were able to beat the interest rate so we went with them. The paperwork was easy and they didn't try to push a bunch of extra fees or services on us. I would recommend buying from Volkswagen of Edmond to anyone! More
