Very Profesional! Mr. Anderson was the very definition of professional! When Bryer called me after I just sent a request for information two minutes prior, not only was Mr. Anderson was the very definition of professional! When Bryer called me after I just sent a request for information two minutes prior, not only was I surprised by he timeliness on getting in touch with me but I could tell over the phone that I was speaking with somebody that knew his stuff. once I arrived at the dealership I was really surprised by his young age, but don't let that fool you. He held the manner of somebody much older than what he was, along with keeping everything very professional. when I came in I didn't really think I was going to like Volkswagen but after speaking with Bryer I don't know what took me so long. Awesome Service- No High Pressure Sales! I hate looking for new cars! But, this experience has changed my mind, and made it fun. Without any high-pressure tactics, they found the exact VW bu I hate looking for new cars! But, this experience has changed my mind, and made it fun. Without any high-pressure tactics, they found the exact VW bug convertible that I wanted and had me in and out of there with my new car, within about an hour!
