I am very happy with my service at Edmond VW, but I may have to look elsewhere in the future. 1. You do great work, but I’d like to have more of a feeling that your prices are competitive with other options...after a car reaches a certain age...I want to still feel like I’m getting value for the repairs. I little bit more to have the VW dealer do the work is fine...but a lot more is not okay. 2. My wife and I both drive VWs, and when one is down and in for service, having a loaner car is the best perk, and makes me want to come to the dealer for service. But, when i find out that it will now cost $35/day for a loaner...that is not acceptable. I know it costs to run that fleet (which needs to be more than 6 cars), but it comes across as ungrateful to your clients. Re-coup some of your costs by doing outstanding service and making us feel cared for...and we will come back to spend more in services and ultimately replace the car with a new car. Don’t go down he road of the airline industry where every little item is a charge. That will cheapen your business and ruin the VW family experience we love. More
