Great customer service made a lengthy repair stress free! Dealership didn't have the required parts to repair a failed window motor, and getting them shipped from Dallas turned into a week-long process. Thank Dealership didn't have the required parts to repair a failed window motor, and getting them shipped from Dallas turned into a week-long process. Thankfully, the awesome folks at the service department found me a loaner car for little to nothing, which made a huge difference in how that week was going to go. They also were very understandable and accomodating to my schedule when it came time to pick up my car. Only reason this isn't a five star review is that whoever made the repair, put a noticeable tear in my window tint, which isn't necessarily big enough to warrant getting it redone, but definitely an eye sore because it's right in the middle of the passenger window. Not cool. More
