Came in for a check engine light I came in to get my car serviced for an engine light. I was also hoping to have more work done since it needed some maintenance and they would already I came in to get my car serviced for an engine light. I was also hoping to have more work done since it needed some maintenance and they would already have the engine open so I could save some money. I was never called about the problem and they never asked if they could continue with the repairs since it was covered under warranty. So I got the call and asked the service tech to call me back with more quotes for the work I wanted go get done. He said he would call me soon but I never got a return call. When I went to pick it up, the service tech told me my engine was clean and didn't need the additional service I was hoping to get, but that contradicts what I was told the last time I came in for service. So now I don't know if I need to get the carbon buildup cleaned or not since no one knows what's going on. To top it all off, they left my windows open the night before and now my car smells like mildew and the arm rests are stained with rain water. I will not be visiting this location again More

The staff was not only courteous and knowledgeable, but moved the process along quickly and seamlessly. Any concerns were addressed and everything explained in detail. Customer service was outstanding. More

Poor communication. I took my car in for a simple 30k PM; I had an appointment at 0930. I was going to have my mom take it in and wait for it since I had to work. Due to I took my car in for a simple 30k PM; I had an appointment at 0930. I was going to have my mom take it in and wait for it since I had to work. Due to a family emergency, we had to drop it off the night before. One would think that if I had an appointment, regardless of if I was waiting on it or not, it should’ve been done within the reasonable time. I called to check on it at 3:30 that afternoon when I got off work. I was told it wasn’t quite done yet, but they were finishing up on it, and needed to run it through the washer and it’d be ready. I asked them to call me when it was done. I waited and waited with no call, so I called again at 6:15, and they were already gone bc they close at 6. I asked the girl to have them call me tomorrow to let me know it was ready. I ended up having to call the next afternoon bc nobody called me back; they told me it was ready, and had been ready since yesterday. I went to go pick it up, and when the girl pulled it out, there was a huge puddle of oil under my car. They had to take it back in to see what was wrong. Long story short, and 2 more days later, along with nobody calling me again until I told them how frustrated I was with them not keeping me informed, they found what the problem was. Apparently my oil pan was cracked, along with the oil tube, and windsge plate. They said they were responsible for it, but wasn’t for sure how it happened yet. When I asked why it wasn’t noticed during the oil change and inspection, they said that the car was never put on the lift bc they were all full, so they used a vacuum to suck out the oil and change it. Mind you, I had an appointment, which should have reserved a rack for my car! An inspection of the underbelly of the car should’ve been done, and the guy apologized about that. They did offer me a rental car, but I declined, bc it should have been a courteousy car, not a rental. They also failed to address my passenger door on the 20k PM Fter I asked them, and again with this one. Thank goodness they did that bc I would’ve left with a huge oil leak. I don’t even think they did a diagnostic with the lights bc my airbag light is still on, and they did not mention that at all. I love my VW, don’t get me wrong; but is this how ALL VW dealerships are, or is just this one? I am in the process of looking for another one for the rest of my issues. More
