Took my 2017 VW golf in to be checked out for a gas smell, they were able to get it looked at and diagnosed reasonably quick. Turned out to be about a $1300 issue which is a bit pricey in my opinion as smell, they were able to get it looked at and diagnosed reasonably quick. Turned out to be about a $1300 issue which is a bit pricey in my opinion as I found some parts online for cheaper than they quoted but the manager reached out and offered a discount which helped a little. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with their work and it was a pretty low pressure, stress free interaction despite the circumstances. More

Service department very poor brought vehicle in for 8am appt. Did not start work until I called checking status 2 time was previously told I would be called when work was completed. Called 2nd time around 3:30 pm found that work had not even started. Service person Megan apologized as no one was apparently informed that I needed vehicle back asap. That was the reason I set up early(8am appointment. I am a farmer and needed to get this work completed so I could get back to my farm. I am very disappointed that this was the service impression I was given by your company. I’m a retired engineer from General Electric and retired military officer. In my specialty I trained heart specialist on proper use of equipment as well as repairing the same products. I was a customer service expert on multi million dollar labs. I had to know what I was doing and could not make foolish mistakes. Service related people can either make of brake a company. Your service reps are doing your company an injustice telling me it will take all day to take care of two VW recalls on my vehicle. Then starting on the work around 3:30 pm and finishing around 6:00 pm makes me think either the work was not done properly or I was lied to by your service rep Megan. This is totally unacceptable in any industry. I made it a point to ask specific questions of Megan when I made this appointment. Such as do you have the parts in stock, how long does it take to do the work. I originally set the appointment for Thursday at 7:30 am and called Megan back to change it to Wednesday @8:00am. She told me she would send an email to confirm this change and it did not happen. I called back to get confirmation as I never got the email. When I asked for a driver to come pick me up that got screwed to and that driver never got to my sisters home in okc. I called back to find out what’s going on and was told by Megan she gave out the right address but wrong phone number. On second attempt they got it right roughly 1 hour later. This was not my day. Why on earth would I want to come back for more punishment. Did this happen for a reason and was just a series of poor calls on your staffs part or is this the norm? I don’t really care to return for more punishment. One more note I would like to mention is that I asked a sales person about your used inventory. I went out to look at your sedans and I noticed each one was covered in bird poop. That is pretty disgusting. I certainly did not have any real desire to look any futher More
This place is trash and a rip off they mess up cars to come back to back to back to get more money. They let you drive off with your car messed up after they worked on it things are not always hooked ba come back to back to back to get more money. They let you drive off with your car messed up after they worked on it things are not always hooked back up they do not communicate very well when they have your vehicle they do not have a loaner cars when they take your vehicle they do not communicate with you very well while they have your vehicle they lie to you about parts and things that you need done to get money out of you be careful of this place this is a very bad place if they even think you pick up on what their doing if you get upset about what they are doing to you they will just tell you we can’t help you here go somewhere else they had my car in September for flush of my transmission I waited three weeks for parts that I didn’t even need the flush could’ve been done in a couple of days I had to wait three weeks mysteriously I needed a airbag module seat think I paid for that looked at my receipt they had over charge me $145 but then when they handed me my car back the car was shaking and jerking which it never had done before I made it a block away and I had to turn back around they put my spark plugs said they were bad why would you let me go home with bad spark plugs if that was the problem And how do I know that these ain’t the spark plugs from somebody else’s car just because I went over your head about you having my car for three weeks then when I went over their head it’s kind a mysterious I end up with a leak in my brake vacuum pump which they want $1200 for what you were just working in that area Then you want drums and brakes which I didn’t have a problem with what if you had just had my car in September and you put it on a machine that you said you waived $145 zone then how come in December I’m right back I was so scared in September to tell them that I had a problem with my car because They acted so defensive when I told them what the heck is going on small short story short they let me leave with this problem in September it’s December they waited till I got my oil change to tell me about this problem Vassie I know the problem was there because I could feel it in my foot pedal they’re not gonna admit they’re wrong if you go on this place and you pay attention not to the sales department but to the service department you will understand greatly that this is not a place you want to take your car this is not a type of people you would like to deal with and as I said before they are not affiliated with the Volkswagen dealership on 39th and expressway even though they lie and say they are these people are trash don’t give them your money or you’ll be giving them your money every other month More
