From start to finish EVERYONE at Bob Moore was the nicest and most helpful of any car dealership I have ever dealt with. We bought a used car there and driving it home we realized a few of the buttons weren' and most helpful of any car dealership I have ever dealt with. We bought a used car there and driving it home we realized a few of the buttons weren't working and knowing the car was 10 years used we were afraid they'd throw the "As Is" thing at us. But that never happened, without hestitation they setup an appointment to fix it and gave us a loaner when we dropped it off. They fixed everything for free!!! We truly are thankful for their kindness and trustiworthiness, we will buy from Bob Moore again! xxxxxxto Barrett and the Sales Managers for doing such an excellent job!!! More

Well you asked for it so here it is. My wife and I went to Bob Moore Cadillac looking for a used car and we found it. Let me just say right up front, if it were not for our salesman Richard Palmer and the to Bob Moore Cadillac looking for a used car and we found it. Let me just say right up front, if it were not for our salesman Richard Palmer and the fact that he went above and beyond when others would not, we certainly would of walked from this sale. Here is why...When it came time to pay for the car of course there were quite a few papers to sign. Being that this was my first car purchase I wanted to read what I was signing before signing it. But Hanny, the gentleman who was putting the papers in front of me thought differently as he said things like "C'mon, your not Russian" or "c'mon c'mon it says this just sign it". Apparently this guy had better things to do than wait for me to read all this stuff. As I rushed through the signing I asked him if they could wash the car before we returned ( we had to get the title to our trade in). His response was "ha". When my wife and I returned we were fortunate to not have to deal with Captain "hurry up n' sign". I expected to return to see a shiny new (used car) with wheels armor all and all but nothing. The dash still had residue all over it and the gauges had what appeared to be a spilled beverage of sorts. Anyways, when I went in to give the man the check for the car he asked if everything was okay? I said I had asked if they could wash our car before we returned and he said "yeah if it weren't Saturday we could of done it sorry". really? That same Saturday I saw a brand new Cadillac pull up to the front and the detailer spent at least 25 minutes rubbing, polishing, and armor all-ing this forty thousand dollar Cadillac right in front of me...on Saturday! Which brings me to my next point, maybe its because we only spent sixty-five hundred dollars and that price doent include that type of service that comes with the purchase of a new car. Above this review it say this..."If your review does not answer "Why" you have given the rating you have, it will not be accepted." So here it is... Customer service-Great! and that great refers only to our salesman who cleaned the inside of the car himself. Quality of work-I answered Bad. Why? read above. Friendliness-Okay. which only pertains to the lady at the front desk. She was sincere. Overall experience-okay Price-Good. Our salesman worked with our budget and got the numbers we needed. Needless to say when I do buy another car it WILL NOT be from Bob Moore. Dustin did a great job selling us a Subaru Impreza. No high-powered, annoying arm twisting. I am a child of providence and things don't just happen to me. I'm positive that I was sent to this dealership for a reason. I was scared to buy a car "all by myself". I looked at what felt like thousands to me. I'm positive that I was sent to this dealership for a reason. I was scared to buy a car "all by myself". I looked at what felt like thousands of cars (online) and a few in person. I visited a few dealerships, and got that emotional ninja/salesman treatment from other places. However, when I came to Bob Moore it was like going to a friend's house to have a talk about cars, over several cups of hot chocolate. I met Timothy who was very patient, and turned me into a Junior Saleswoman with all the great information I learned from him. He was very VERY patient, listened to my needs, and searched the whole world to find me the perfect car. I would be forever grateful for this experience, and for meeting him, and all the other wonderful people at this dealership. So I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made this a great experience! I pray a very special blessing for you and your co-workers, and all of your loved ones. More

Brad Smickles referred me to Jermey - Jermey referred to JR - I haven't purchased a new car in a long time and was dreading the whole process due to past experiences. The purchase of my new Subaru was actu JR - I haven't purchased a new car in a long time and was dreading the whole process due to past experiences. The purchase of my new Subaru was actually a pleasure! Working with JR was great - there were a few things that I wanted on my car that it did not come with - JR set up the appointments w/the shop came to pickup my car. Help me time and time again with things I didn't know how to use in the car. Explained the features in the car and was very easy to talk to - he was never rushed me when I didn't understand. Josh Adams was the person I dealt w/in the business office he was very efficient in his job and did not pressure me into purchasing anything more he did tell the benefits of extended warranty and GAP I was in and out in no time at all. I will have to say I would highly recommend all these individuals to anybody looking at purchasing a new or used vehicle. JR assured me they were just a phone call away if I ever needed anything.
