My husband and I were in Bob Moore Subaru in Jan. having the oil changed in my 2004 Outback. We were looking at both the Tribeca (for my husband) and the Outback (for me) when Jason Webb came over to ask i the oil changed in my 2004 Outback. We were looking at both the Tribeca (for my husband) and the Outback (for me) when Jason Webb came over to ask if we needed any help, we said we were just looking we weren't planning to buy a new car for at least 6 months. Jason still took the time to talk to us about both cars, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about both models. When we came to Bob Moore Subaru to test drive a new 2012 Outback we asked for Jason because he took the time to find out what we wanted and MOST IMPORTANTLY did not talk down to me because I was a woman (I know more about cars than my husband). Thank you Jason and Bob Moore Subaru for a wonderful day. I LOVE my new Outback and my husband is even thinking of getting his own! He's not allowed to take mine! Shannon Anderson More

I have purchased three vehicles over the past 10 years in OKC and of the three, this was by far the best experience and overall the best car buying experience I could expect. I contacted the dealership afte OKC and of the three, this was by far the best experience and overall the best car buying experience I could expect. I contacted the dealership after reviewing their online stock listings for the vehicle I was interested to purchase. When I called, I reached a live person nearly immediately and she took my name to have a sales person contact me. Within less than 15 minutes, Rod called me back. He asked me several questions about what I was looking to purchase. He was not pushy at all and listened well to my explanation of what I hoped to find and what I had already looked at locally. Within less than an hour, I had remotely (from Tulsa) picked out the vehicle I had wanted but was unable to get nearby, got the price negotiated that was right in line with the target price listed on multiple research web sites as a reasonable purchase price for that model and then to top it off, they held the car for me until I could arrive without charging my credit card since I was coming same day!! Fantastic experience once at the dealership and I am thrilled with my new vehicle. More
I have purchased many cars from all over the state and my experiance at Bob Moore was one of the best I have had. I was greated in a friendly manner and at no time felt pressured. Rod, the salesman who assis experiance at Bob Moore was one of the best I have had. I was greated in a friendly manner and at no time felt pressured. Rod, the salesman who assisted me didnt try to play any common sales games with me. He worked for me, not at me. He had a good amount of information on the car I was interested in and did what was neccesary to get me the price I wanted. Upon meeting with the finance department I felt the same friendlyness. The company as a whole worked to get me a good product with a good warranty for the price I needed. Thank you to the Bob Moore Subaru group for not being a "typical" auto dealer. More

friendly low-pressure atmosphere. sales and finance employees quick to the point and efficient.
