Never owned a Subaru before. Went to Bob Moore and met JR. He wasn't what we were expecting from a "car salesman". No pressure. He let us go and browse at our pace. JR answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer immediately, he went and found out. I'm positive he would have let us test drive every car on the lot if we had wanted to. When we were still not sure and wanted to look at other dealers, he wanted us to find the car that was the best fit for us and wished us well. And we kept coming back to Bob Moore to look at Subarus and each time, JR was glad to see us and picked right back up with where we were in our search. Finally decided on the Forester. JR helped us through the purchasing process. Then the unthinkable: HAIL! Oh, no! JR was right there, letting us know about our options and we decided to go with a hail damaged Forester. Offered to explore Subaru financing with us, again with no pressure. JR helped us save a bunch of money....woohoo! Very pleased with our decision. Very pleased with JR (and Bob Moore). And very pleased with the Forester. More
I dread buying new or used cars because the experience has always seemed so demeaning. I would almost rather chew on glass than deal with car salesmen. I truly enjoyed working with our salesman, Jason Web, and would highly recommend him and Bob Moore to anyone. I am a very satisfied customer and will do business there again. More

There were a few hitches when we purchased our new 2013 Subaru Outback 3.6, but everything was handled proffessionally and everyone was very polite from start to finish. My wife filed for bankrupsty and we got a letter from bob saying he could help get a car. We went in to talk to him. Found a car we liked but it was a little above our approved loan amount. So we asked is t saying he could help get a car. We went in to talk to him. Found a car we liked but it was a little above our approved loan amount. So we asked is there no way they could take a little off the price. Well bob then became a complete xxxxxx he told us he was God! And he was giving us a gift and we was to stupid to see that. While we was in his office he started talking about other deals he was working on. One was a guy that cut hair for a living and cut hair for the OKC thunder. Bob told us he was putting down 10,000 cash on a new land rover and bob then told us he was not going to tell the guy about a form he was supposed to fill out so the guy would get in trouble with the IRS just because as he said he didn't like the kid. While in his office bob also made many sexual remarks that made my wife feel very uncomfortable. He also was talking to the finance guy and told him his son was guy and they would like each other. Who talks like this and how does he have a job with the public. I will never buy a car from bob moore thanks to this xxxxxx bob that handles the bankrupsty loans. More
Hani is the financial manager at this Dealership. He was extremely polite, helpful and went out of his way to make this transaction easy & pleasant. He was GREAT and the ratings above DO NOT reflect on Hani. HOWEVER, the Sales Manager, Danny, at the Bob Moore Subaru/Land Rover was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I had come in with my son-in-law to help him purchase a vehicle. As we discussed what had transpired over the weekend, Danny basically told me he had better things to do. He was too busy to "renegotiate" with me and "had a very busy schedule that day"! If he had been pleasant about it, it wouldn't have bothered me. It was his tone of voice and how he handled the situation that was offensive. He took me to see Hani. From that point on the experience was wonderful. I have been a Realtor for 22 years and have negotiated more contracts than Danny is old. I wouldn't dream of speaking to my clients in the tone of voice or verbiage that was spoken to me. Nor would I ever tell them "I was too busy for them"! I wouldn't recommend the dealership or send anyone there if they had to deal with Danny! I would suggest Danny find a job that better suits his personality. More
I brought my 2001 Subaru Outback in for service on 2/21/13. I spoke with Brandon about changing my cabin air filters. He insisted there was only one filter in the glove box. I assured him there were 2 2/21/13. I spoke with Brandon about changing my cabin air filters. He insisted there was only one filter in the glove box. I assured him there were 2 filters for my car. He ignored this, reused to look it up and yelled out to someone saying "all Subaru's only have one pollen filter right" which someone yelled back yeah. I know for a fact that my car has 2 cabin filters and Brandon was too lazy to look it up on the computer. He was rude, and basically called me a liar. They replaced one filter in the glove box only. I am requesting that someone educate Brandon about Subaru cabin filters and teach him some manners and basic customer service. Please listen to the phone conversations as evidence. I believe that Brandon might learn best by having to purchase and personally replace the second cabin air filter for my 2001 Subaru Outback. I was going to purchase a new Subaru this August, but after my experience with Brandon in the service Dept. this will not happen at Bob Moore. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. JR was very helpful and patient with us. He explained everything thoroughly. He was very patient with my mother who loves to negotiate! Hani was extremely helpful. He was able to guide us through every financial document with ease. He made everything clear and answered any question we had. He is very knowledgeable and personable.
