Bob Moore Subaru absolutely exceeded my expectations of buying a new car. My car salesman, David Mize, was very professional, kind and patient with the questions I had and requests that I made. Him and his manager made my experience quick and painless. They even surprised me when I found a very small dent a few days after buying the car. I asked them if their service department could take care of it, fully expecting to pay for it since I did not notice it before the purchase. They asked me to bring my Outback in that same day and they had their PDR guys take care of it for me! The employees at Bob Moore Subaru truly go above and beyond for their customers and they were wonderful to work with! More

We did not plan on buying a car on the day that we came to Bob Moore Subaru. We were just looking and wanted to look at a Subaru Crossfire as a possibility for our daughter. Anthony Gore met us and showed us what was on the lot and explained several things about the Subaru brand. Anthony was not pushy and was very polite. After a test drive we decided to purchase the vehicle. The Subaru seemed like a well built car, that was safe and could get around in a varity of conditions. I was also very impressed with the price of this car and the fuel consumption. Anthony cleaned the car and had it ready for us buy the time we got back from Financing. Anthony went over owners manuals, warranty information, service, and showed my daughter how to connect her phone to the stereo, amongst other things. We and our daughter have been very pleased with the vehicle so far. I feel like we got an excellent, well equipped new vehicle for a very good price. I went to the dealership and found 95% what I wanted in my BRZ. We did the paperwork quickly and I was out the door in about 2 hours with a great price. Customer service was great. When we first arrived at the dealership, Tyler Ferguson met us in the lot, and we told him what we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestion based on our desires. We knew we wanted a Forester, but was originally looking for a Premium. We weren't really interested in the sunroof or luggage rack or navigation system, so he suggested a base model. He explained the differences to us, and showed us a car on the lot. We drove it and liked it very much. Tyler was very helpful and answered all our questions. The sales process was painless as well (until I wrote the check). We arrived in the late evening and stayed past closing time, but we never felt rushed or pressured. We own our retail business and we appreciated the attitude that Tyler and the sales manager had. After all the paperwork was done, Tyler sat in the car with us and explained how to use the radio, bluetooth, phone settings, etc. We are very happy with our new Forester and would definitely recommend Bob Moore Subaru and Tyler Ferguson to our friends and acquaintances. My wife and I found the right Forester with the help of salesman Carl Abrams. He answered all of our questions and concerns with no pressure, and we were able to make an informed decision.
