Lied to me and caused me to drive 90 miles for nothing. Last night I called Bob Moore Subaru about a car that had been advertised on the web (Saab 9-3 Wagon) Tifani stated on the phone that she was having Last night I called Bob Moore Subaru about a car that had been advertised on the web (Saab 9-3 Wagon) Tifani stated on the phone that she was having the lot manager check and make sure it was available. After a short delay Tiffani came back on the line and stated the car was indeed available. She set me up with an appointment and stated the car would be reserved so I could inspect and drive the car before purchase. When I arrived today at the appointed time, the salesman Naaman Gore looked for the car and came back , telling me that the car had apparently been sold last night. No one called me from the dealership, this caused me to drive 90 miles and waste my time. Naaman then proceeded to try and find out if there was another car I was interested in. This is not the way to treat a customer ! Please go anywhere but this dealership; they do not do what they say they will. Reserving a customer a car actually means holding it for that customer!!! More

We have bought many cars through the years so when it came time to do so again, we were in dread. They surprised us. Every single interaction from sales to finance to service was enjoyable. We left there feeling like we had just been with friends and family. Craig in sales is awesome. Luke in finance is fantastic. Speaking with service about my Resist-all treatment, they have impressed me as well. Oh, and did I mention that I got the deal of a lifetime? We have considered purchasing this vehicle for almost 2 years. I KNOW the price and quality we got was the very best available. Great experience all the way around! More

Anxiety-free buying experience! I'm not great with social interactions being a strong introvert, and hadn't bought a new car in over a decade. So knowing I needed to go car shopping I'm not great with social interactions being a strong introvert, and hadn't bought a new car in over a decade. So knowing I needed to go car shopping had me filled with anxiety over the whole deal. However, working with Anthony and the process was easier than I could have imagined. I had researched several makes and models, and was interested in the Subaru Forester, so I headed to Bob Moore Subaru as my first stop of choice. He helped me test drive a Crosstrek, and then a Legacy as they were a little more reasonably priced since I definitely wanted the All Weather package. I picked out a Subaru Legacy instead, and answered all my questions with patience. Definitely made a return customer when I need another car down the road. Gunner Poe helped with the financing and what I expected to be a frustrated day fraught with my own anxieties, turned into a painless, worry-free day. Loving the Subaru Legacy! More
