Mad House Called dealer three times got no answer when trying to inquire about the car I wanted. Instructed the salesman I would be at the store at 5pm, he acknowledged, showed up at 5pm he was on a demo had to sit there for 15 minutes waiting for keys to test drive. Bought the car the next day through my personal lender, fiancé manager tried to railroad me with financing with them seemed all nice and softspoken and I refused and wanted to do it my way. His whole demeanor changed and was rude to my wife when she went by the store. Picked the car up anyways left a graft with the store was told thank you have a good day, I was given the keys drove off. got to back to work, no dealer tag on the car and was called back to the store because I didn't sign final paperwork that no one spoke to me about ater I hand delivered the graft to a finance individual watching CNN in his office., For warning stay away from all Bob Moore dealerships except Cadillac in Norman those guys there are top notch, Cadillac personell are the best. More

However, we went to Bob Moore Subaru and received excellent service from Mr. Craig Repanshek. Craig took the time to explain the pros and cons of the used vehicles we were considering and really made us feel comfortable. We knew right away we could trust him to assist us with our decision making. He said that he would not sell us a car that he wouldn't put his own family in. He went out of his way to ensure the car we purchased was in excellent shape for us including facilitating the minor adjustments we had requested. His demeanor was reassuring, friendly, ethical, and honest. We couldn't have had a better car buying experience. It blew away my expectations.
