So, my wife's nearly gets killed after a guy runs a red light, totaling the car, AND my daughter's F-150 with over 200K miles finally "has to be taken out to the pasture", all at the same time. I have to get them transportation ASAP, and at this time money happens to be tight, so I'm irritated anticipating going in and dealing with some car salesman that plays games and wants to rip me off. You get the picture. I have never met a guy like Gunnar. I go in expecting the usual high-powered game smile trying to "close the deal" every 5 minutes... and Gunnar was just a different world than that. Brutally honest, to the point, humble, and listened before telling me some options. Looks me in the eye and tells me "I'm not going to try and sell you something just to make a sale and I know what it's like to be in the situation you're in." Turns out Gunnar had a similar situation as me, and when you almost lose a loved one in a car crash it changes you. My girls will be in nothing but the safest vehicles possible now. This guy knows more than most auto-mechanics and explains automotive engineering in a way a lay person can understand, which made me consider some vehicles I wouldn't have before. The reason we will use Gunnar from now on is he knows everything about cars and what is important to people. He made the financing work to my surprise, and it was actually a good deal. I write this with a debt of gratitude, and if Gunnar ever goes to another dealership, I'm going where he is. More
