I can't give enough praise to Aaron when I purchased my new Subaru Forester. He was absolutely wonderful with all aspects of this experience two day's ago. He made it a great day for my wife and I. Super deal----Super salesman. If anyone decides to purchase a Subaru at "Bob Moore Subaru. Ask for Aaron. It just got better and better throughout the whole process. Very high praise to Anthony also, who we worked with on the financing. "Six Star's" for both of these men. More
2 attempts to buy a used vehicle I was looking for a CPO WRX, found one on their website at there location, called them around 10 am and asked if they had the vehicle, was told they d I was looking for a CPO WRX, found one on their website at there location, called them around 10 am and asked if they had the vehicle, was told they did, gave them my contact info and drove 30 mins to go get it.. upon getting there is find out the car had been shipped of to auction early that morning. The salesman tried to up-sell me to a new vehicle and offered $100 off to apologize for wasting my time; or to sell me a different CPO car that was less equipped for more money. I decided against it and left.. about a week later I reconsidered the car, called to see if they still had it, was told they did and drove 30 mins back up there for that one. Arrived and come to find out the car was sold 2 days prior. The salesman also was very disrespectful and tried to turn the situation around and say it was my fault. Veryyy disappointed with this dealership, and would NOT recommend to anyyyone. More

I guess we fell through the cracks I already wrote a review saying how great Aaron was to work with, and how he went above and beyond to get us a great deal. I have not changed my opinion of Aaron at all; he has had no control over the issues we've faced. Since I originally leased my car on September 29, I have been given the runaround as to why I have had to resign my lease twice (it would be 3 times, but instead I am returning the car for a full refund). The first time I found out I had to resign my lease, I didn't even know until I was told by Chase they had no record of my leasing a vehicle. When I called the dealership, their reply was similar to "oh, yeah, by the way, your paperwork wasn't processed correctly". So, I resigned the lease, and made my payment. Two weeks later, I get a call from them saying it STILL wasn't processed correctly. By this point, my tags are two weeks expired, and I've already gotten pulled over once because of it. So, I resign the lease *again*, and make another payment. Now, almost 3 months since I initially leased the vehicle, I still have no tags, and Chase still doesn't know I have the car, because the lease was, yet again, processed incorrectly. I am returning the car, and getting every penny back I've paid them. Apparently, given the other reviews on this site, I am an exception. But, I don't plan on giving them a second chance. I've already given them three. More
Everyone should buy a car from Chris at Bob Moore Subaru I took my car in for service and I wasn't plannning on buying a car, even though I needed to.
