Adesina was excellent when explaining the new 2018 Starlink system as well as the other switches and their functions. He was most helpful in linking my iphone to the system. His broad range of knowledge on the Outback is to be commended. Gretchen was my second contact and provided the needed followup since I am 80 years old. I look at all the reviews of what style of car I'm considering, then I make a list of the top 6 and test drive them.. honestly I didn't think the Subaru Outback had a chance..so it was the last one I drove..to my surprise it was amazing! My salesman DJ was great to deal with. I sold my car to my daughter, the next day, when we went back to close the deal the one I picked out was already sold. DJ said they had another one on the way to the dealership, but to help me out I was given the use of a loaner car to use till my car arrived!! And of course we were out of town when my car came. They told us to enjoy our time with family and no rush to return their car while they held mine!! I had my last car for 81/2 yrs and only put 54,000 miles on it so my husband thought with the amount of driving I do let's give leasing a shot. Hands down Bob Moore Subaru gave us the best bang for our buck on a lease. it will take a while to get use to all this car can do, but I'm looking forward to learning the new tech the Outback has! The price was very good, and Aaron took care of a couple concerns I had on some missing items from the car quickly and without me having to push at all. On delivery, Aaron made sure we were all set for the trip home and made sure we were 100% comfortable with everything. Betti Morris completed the financing and got us a great rate, better than my local credit union even could. Trust is key in a transaction over such a long distance. I have bought a lot of cars this way, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had, and everything was exactly the way Aaron and Betti said it would be. No fighting, no changing the deal. It was just flat out easy. More

When I finally got to the dealership most of the paperwork was ready to go. Ricky Fietz helped me go over the different options for the financing and warranties. He was great at explaining things to me and I never felt pressured into anything I didn't want. Aaron Scott was great as well. He got me ready to go for my long trip home, from getting me snacks and coffee to explaining how all the things worked in my car. First car buying experience! I just bought my first car at Bob Moore Subaru. I've never even walked into a dealership because I never thought it was possible that I could afford a I just bought my first car at Bob Moore Subaru. I've never even walked into a dealership because I never thought it was possible that I could afford a nice car. I've also always heard that car salesmen were sharks but that is not at all how my experience was. Aaron and his assistant Richard helped me. We told him what I could afford to pay a month, which wasn't much, and not even 10 minutes later he had a car he saw fit for my situation. That is the car I bought today! Everyone was incredibly helpful and very considerate of my situation. I was clueless as to what to expect and so was my family. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. Especially Aaron, Richard, and Betti in financing! She went above and beyond to set me up for success. It's hard for most 20 somethings to get a good deal on a good car and I feel blessed that I was able to catch those three today. I will definitely come back when I finish school and have a big girl job so I can get a brand new car and make it a little easier on all of them. More
