I was told they were on a tight schedule and might be unable to resolve the issue. But, the SWEETEST lady overheard me talking to the man in the service dept. and she came to my rescue. In like 5 min. she paired my new phone, my boyfriend's phone and downloaded my contact list, etc... THANK YOU GRETCHEN!!! YOU ROCK!!! YOU GET 10 STARS********** More

As service should be Yan has been very attentive to our concerns, this visit was for routine maintenance but he went out of his way to ensure the work we needed was comple Yan has been very attentive to our concerns, this visit was for routine maintenance but he went out of his way to ensure the work we needed was completed and sent me a text as soon as our Outback was ready. He even made it a point to check on the condition of my car with me before I left the service area. As I drove off the lot I noticed Yan had the vehicle cleaned inside and out! This is why we will only deal with Yan for all our service needs. More

Quick turn-around From the start to the finish, my oil-change, tire rotation, 18 month checkup took only about 30 minutes: I was impressed. One little picky complaint: I have to check the lights because they don't return them to "Auto" where we leave them full-time. After the 12-month appointment, we discovered it when we were driving home one night and my wife's lights (it's her car) were not on, just the running lights. When I had her pull over, we discovered that the lights were off, not on "Auto". More
