Navigation problem with 2018 Outback. We are planning a trip to Colorado this week and I called to talk to Brandon about the possibility of getting the problem taken care of. He said they were busy (Monday) but to bring it in and he would try. He had it fixed in less than 90 minutes and we happily returned home to prepare for the trip. They always make things right! I purchased my Subaru Crosstrek new in 2015 from Bob Moore, and have been taking it to the Bob Moore service center since then. I have no complaints about the customer service I received. The one time I had an issue, the service manager that was working that afternoon was able to walk me through what I needed to do and then checked out my car the following week free of charge. They made sure everything was alright with me and my beloved Subaru and made it right with me with their excellent customer service. More
