Great Service Again I asked to drop my car off an hour earlier than my appointment and Brandon did not hesitate to say yes. I wasn’t expecting it to be serviced earlier I asked to drop my car off an hour earlier than my appointment and Brandon did not hesitate to say yes. I wasn’t expecting it to be serviced earlier but it felt like it was! My car came back serviced and washed as expected, but the customer service is what I really appreciated. The cashier even allowed me to get a different loaner car so I could try out a different model. I will definitely be back! More

Upfront and during the close. They did not listen!!!!! and pushed hard to sell. Had to come back post sale and sign more paper work on the certified warranty??????; again more pressure to purchase, Told NO - he continued. If the warranty is so critical the car is not the right purchase; listen to your customer....... Purchased several cars from BM; next time I will walk...….. leave the deal unsigned / completed...
