I would say that we're not 100% there yet with the salesperson, but I would recommend the dealership. Also, I felt that one of the finance reps. was more concerned with making a finance sales than better explaining the finance documents and the Ioan process. More

To make a long story short, when I expressed a concern, he listened, and when I returned to pick my car up, he had taken care of it in a different way to address my concern. Was not expected and they could have done it the original way, but he said he heard my concern and wanted to get it handled. What else can you ask for? More
