Let down Had the wife's Legacy in for service in Dec. The last thing I asked before leaving was 'had they checked the windshield wiper blades?'. I was told y Had the wife's Legacy in for service in Dec. The last thing I asked before leaving was 'had they checked the windshield wiper blades?'. I was told yes and they were marked in the green. Within a week the blades rubber strip that does the wiping.was coming off. Someone let you down by not properly checking. Had to buy another set to avoid scratching the windshield. I've been trying to call Mark for weeks but couldn't get through. Leaving messages didn't work either. More

I signed for my first loan without a co-signer, and felt secure in every way. I knew exactly what I was signing, and that I could make a full commitment. I feel like they were taking advantage of me at every turn. I had my car towed into the dealership. I paid nearly a $1000 to replace a part that had rodent damage, (not covered by my extended warranty) only to I had my car towed into the dealership. I paid nearly a $1000 to replace a part that had rodent damage, (not covered by my extended warranty) only to be told after paying it, that my car wouldn't start on the lot, and I would have to pay it again to have it fixed! Before I even drove it off the lot! They finally agreed to fix it for free, and 2 days after I picked it up, I had problems with it Hoses that had rodent damage. More
