Airbag replacement They were very professional in their scheduling and when I brought the vehicle in they seamlessly handed me a loaner for the day without any hesitatio They were very professional in their scheduling and when I brought the vehicle in they seamlessly handed me a loaner for the day without any hesitation. Poor Customer Service My vehicle is still under warranty, and this dealership is closest to my home. I dread taking my car in for service because the Service Team does not My vehicle is still under warranty, and this dealership is closest to my home. I dread taking my car in for service because the Service Team does not listen to my concerns or issues. The last time I took my car in, I received a call from Mark stating that I needed to have my spark plugs replaced. Which is interesting, because I had them replaced less than 5k miles from my last service. Good customer service would have been... Mark asking me if I had my spark plugs replaced because he didn’t show record in their file. Instead of the approach he took. This is just one example of many. More

Financing of vehicle didn’t happen after a month of owning the vehicle, payment date discussed during financing wasn’t the same, and overall the process was very dis-organized. Only reason they knew the financing hadn’t occurred was because I notified them after my bank said they hadn’t received anything yet. The quality of the purchase is great and the one service experience I had was excellent, but the documentation/financing experience was very poor. More
