Getting ignored I was told my brand new Outback radio needs to be replaced. Was told it needed to be ordered and would be there in 5 days. 2 weeks later I call. No on I was told my brand new Outback radio needs to be replaced. Was told it needed to be ordered and would be there in 5 days. 2 weeks later I call. No one wanted to help me since I didn’t remember the techs name. When I spoke with a tech, he said the radio was being shipped that day, which means it was never ordered. It would be in in 2 days. That was probably over a week, maybe 2. I don’t want to call to check because I know no one will want to help me. When I’m physically there, everyone is super nice, and it’s clean. More
Consistently disappointing I’m not sure I have ever had a good experience with this company. Unfortunately, the only other Subaru dealership in my area is on the opposite side o I’m not sure I have ever had a good experience with this company. Unfortunately, the only other Subaru dealership in my area is on the opposite side of town, whereas Bob Moore Subaru is 3 miles from my office. I was flat-out lied to by a service tech who was trying to convince me that a 25 degree temperature swing was normal, even though I adjusted the thermostat by a degree or two. On my last visit, they returned my car to me without washing and vacuuming, as they offered and I accepted. I could go on, of course. Buyer beware!!! More

However when I needed to come in for a recall issue, I was told the would try to be more accommodating and that has proven to be the case. I’ll be back! More

I have always had great experience when leaving my car I find the staff at Bob Moore to be very friendly. I drop my car off and never worry. They took my car without an appointment, gave me a loaner, and had my car fixed quickly and for less than the initial estimate. They exceeded my expectations and got me back on my way. More

Unsatisfied pt 67 Brought my car in for a strange noise and at first they admitted to hearing the noise and then when I brought my car back they said nothing was wrong Brought my car in for a strange noise and at first they admitted to hearing the noise and then when I brought my car back they said nothing was wrong with it but because my car had aftermarket exhaust and coilovers they refused to further diagnose issue. After leaving Bob Moore I went to Hudiburg Subaru where they were able to locate and fix issue that Bob Moore wouldn’t correct. Lack of knowledge on Subaru parts will keep me from returning. The issue was that the dealership installed short throw shifter was missing a few parts. Nothing to do with exhaust or coils yet there was a refusal to have the car worked on. Mark Weiner also mentioned to me that the employees working on the car didn’t get paid a dime as if I write their checks. I paid for the warranties on the car and if Bob Moore doesn’t pay their employees for working on a car with warranties sounds like a dealership problem, not a problem that should involve customers. Would still not recommend this dealership. More
