Bought a used Honda Accord and a month later the alternator goes out, and they refuse to work with me. Keep handing my concerns from one employee to the next! They made the sale and literally could care less about me. I have never been treated so disrespected at a dealership. None of my family, friends or extensive list of coworkers will buy from Bob Moore again. Ps. A week after I bought the car a had a check stolen and electronically deposited for $2500 and the only thing the police can figure is i left an old check in my trade in. This dealership did not call to check up on the situation one time after I let them know what happened! More
