Even at the end of the deal Mani the finance man was great. He alerted me to going straight over to Toyota to get a refund for my extended warranty that I had on my trade-in. I would have not thought to do that and would have just thrown that money away! Even though my Outback was late getting here, everything worked out in the end. I did alot of research before making this purchase and I believe the price was very fair compared to other makes of all wheel drive vehicles. Brandon kept me posted on the ETA of the outback and got my added option taken care of quickly. Overall I am very happy with everything. More
Our experience with Bob Moore Subaru, and with Tanner Hayes in particular, was very good. My wife absolutely hates the car buying/trade-in experience and Tanner was always sensitive to her issues. I has an unusual situation in needing to trade in a car I had recently purchased for my son (Impreza WRX) which would have been a great vehicle for him, except he decided to move to Boulder. I wanted a Fores had recently purchased for my son (Impreza WRX) which would have been a great vehicle for him, except he decided to move to Boulder. I wanted a Forester, so that he could have a dependable car that will last him for a long time and do well in the mountain/snow environment. I knew that I was upside down on the recently purchased vehicle. What I especially liked about both Jason and Brandon was their honestly in being able to accommodate me. I felt they did not give me the "hard sell", but rather worked with what they had to offer and let me make the best decision I could under the circumstances with no pressure. If I need to replace another vehicle, I will definitely return to this dealership to work with these individuals again. More

We are a retired couple (read "old" here) and don't replace vehicles very often (read "cheap" here). The only reason for any fours above and not all fives, is there was some "communication" issues as to what was going to be included on our new Outback and at what price. My wife and I are not "the sharpest pencils in the box" (read whatever you want here,) so we are easily confused. We had shopped around but really wanted to do business with your dealership instead of Hudiburg simply because of the distance. Timothy and Brandon are first class - kudos to whoever is doing the hiring there - you are hiring the right kind of people! Looking back, it is easy to see now how the mis-communication could have occurred with all the activity and various deals being addressed simultaniously at a stressful end of month environment. We never want to take advantage of anyone and we want you to make a profit and stay in business so we have a good place to go when we need another vehcile. As customers, we never know if these transactions are fair for both parties in these transactions. If we simply knew what the actual vehicle costs are to you, what your required profit is, and what is our trade-in actually worth to you and why (because we know you will need to make a profit on it, as well) - it would really help. My Dad once told me that when you change vehicles at a dealership, "you will be playing their game, in their ballpark, by their rules, and oh, by the way, they play every day - you are simply not going to win - but it is your job to try and keep the score as close as possible"! Your industry has been changing over the years - and we think for the better. Reflecting on our most recent transaction, we "think" it was fair for both Bob Moore Subaru and us - but we really don't "know"(?). From my 1st visit the sales team and staff were very professional and was not like a pack of hungry alligators like I encountered at the other Subaru dealer. My wife and I had been looking into purchasing a new car for around a year and finally decided to bite the bullet. I called on the phone and spoke to Timothy who was extremely helpful over the phone. I told him what we were looking for and he checked and made sure that they had it and we were even able to negotiate some on the price over the phone. We were a little later getting to the dealership than we had planned but Timothy and Hani in finance were very patient, not trying to rush us or anything else. BTW we had our 1 year old daughter who while wasn't going crazy, had started to get fussy a couple of times. Never once did we see any indication that they were annoyed, not an eye roll, or a sigh, just smiles all around. By the time we were out of finance it was nearly 10pm, Brendon and Timothy were both waiting to show me our new car and give me the rundown on all of it's features. They even gave me a the business card of Dustin, one of their sales team members who has an STI and to give him or anyone else on their team a call if I had any questions. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the team at Bob Moore Subaru. More
I had originally considered purchasing a Subaru from a dealership in Anchorage Alaska prior to our move. My husband is in the military and we are moving to Virginia, stopping in Oklahoma City to visit family. When I contacted Bob Moore Subaru I spoke with Brenden, the manager. I told him the vehicle I had found on their website and asked what the best deal they could give me was. As I was not in the state, I did not want to hassle with price negotiations. After learning that we were military, Brendan told me about the military purchase program that Subaru offers. I was very impressed as the dealership in Anchorage (Continental Subaru of Anchorage) had not mentioned anything about this purchase program, instead they made me feel as if they were making us a great deal by removing the dealer markup and giving us a military discount. I had my parents visit the dealership and test drive the car because I could not see it in person. After receiving a great review from them, both about the car and the service they received from Dustin McIntosh and Brenden, I decided to purchase the car. EVERYONE that I spoke with from sales to finance to management was incredibly helpful and friendly. I recently got to OKC to pick up my car and made a trip to the dealership to meet Dustin and learn a little about the systems in my car. I would hands down recommend Bob Moore Subaru to anyone who was interested. This has been the most painless car buying experience I have ever had! More
