I donhave to say however that the physical service was way too slow. I sat there atbthe window watching and basically what saw was the lube tech out my truck in the air and go screw off for 30 minutes before he came back and finished the work. As a former dealer technician myself, I know what I saw. But as i said, in the end it was good service and good treatment. Just not too crazy about that lube tech. But as long as Matt is there and I still have my Titan, I'll keep coming back. More

Overall not bad, price was good The experience was overall not a bad one. I had to get a truck because another driver smashed into me and totaled my previous one. They paid a decent amount for my ruined truck, so I was able to get into another one just like it. Bob Moore had the only blue one anywhere close to me. I am a Sooner fan, so I decided to make the trip. The price was a fair one and I really wanted blue. The salesman (Jeremy Waddle) was not as good as the one I dealt with at McKinney Nissan when I bought my first Pro-4X. He was pretty low key and seemed like he just wanted to get the deal done and get me out of there. At Nissan McKinney, I got a Nissan Hoodie and a Nissan cap with the purchase. They also had a great gift box with the Nissan key chain and all the keys in a foam fitting section, really first class. At Bob Moore Nissan, I put 20k down on a 2018 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X and didn't haggle with them at all on the price and Jeremy just dumped the keys to me across the desk and said he wouldn't even be able to give me a new Nissan cap. Fine, I'll go buy a new one from McKinney Nissan (or just go in for service and show them my old hat and tell them I need a new one). The finance guy (Phil Caffey) was a great guy. Polite and Professional, but will not go back. My new vehicle was sent to service twice for detail, both times it came back with the interior untouched. When I got there to pick it up it was not full, I had to drive the salesman to the gas station to put gas in it. With the amount of money I spent, the service should have been over the top. More

We also had a lot of trouble receiving our paperwork for the Title and Registration, but it turns out that the previous owner didn't do something right at the bank and that was why we didn't receive our document. The Finance employee called me and personally apologized for the way he came across when we bought the car. That meant a lot-not many employees do that. So I'm revising my previous review and giving him credit where he deserves it. More
