Matt, in the Bob Moore service department, worked with Nissan to locate the parts and install them on my car. When that did not completely solve the problem, Matt very honestly gave me the bad news, explaining the problem to me in detail, owning up to the fact that there was a problem with the replacement parts. I had some technical questions, so Matt brought in the mechanic to describe to me in technical terms exactly what the problem was, and why it was recurring. The Bob Moore service department again worked with Nissan Customer Service to narrow the search for the proper parts, identifying a manufacture date for the replacement parts, and again conducting a nationwide search for the part. It took a couple of weeks, but the part arrived at the dealership and I got a call from Matt that same day - scheduling the appointment for the very next morning. I appreciate the honest communication, even though it was a very difficult problem to solve, and at one point I was NOT a happy camper. Matt and the Bob Moore service department have restored my (once shaken) faith in Nissan as a good car company. Great job, Matt! More
