In and out of the dealership in less than 3.5 hours, Bob Moore Nissan in Norman made the purchase of Certified Pre-Owned Nissan as easy as possible. In and out of the dealership in less than 3.5 hours, which is unheard of. There was the standard negotiations, back and forth, but this didn't negate the experience. Adrian was the salesperson I had dealt with over the past couple of visits to the dealership. His professionalism throughout each experience is why when it came time to purchase, he was the only one I would deal with. I am sure the other salespeople are exactly the same, but if you are honest from the start, you have my loyalty. Once Adrian was complete, we were handed off to Phil Caffey. Again, honesty and transparency throughout the process was excellent. We came in with financing already in hand, but Phil managed to get us an even better deal meeting the same criteria we already had in hand. Overall, the whole experience was excellent and we couldn't have been treated better. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle, new or used from Bob Moore in Norman. More
