Warranty repairs I had a few warranty issues that needed to be fixed. I have a very busy schedule and Aaron worked with me on getting my 2017 Titan in. Aaron was off on the day I picked it up and Anthony made sure everything was in order when I picked it up. There was no pressure at any time, and they encouraged us to take all the time we needed to make the right decision. The salesman (Robert Walker) and the general manager (Ben Hayes) were amazing to work with & we are thrilled with our new car. I highly recommend these gentlemen and this dealership! More
Buying experience was very nice I came to the dealership because they had the exact vehicle I was interested in. I test drove the vehicle and liked it but had a previous engagement t I came to the dealership because they had the exact vehicle I was interested in. They held the vehicle until the day after Thanksgiving when we were able to reach a very fair deal The staff here from James Chandler (sales), and the used car manager Gene Rhodes, David Winkowitsch, and Scott Hays were all pleasant and listened and were not high pressured at all. After deciding to purchase John Hayes in parts was very helpful and helped me get some all weather mats. I personally appreciated James attitude and would recommend him in sales at any time.
