Pleasantly surprised. I was pleasantly surprised by the service department. Due to previous poor service experiences at another local dealership, I dreaded bringing my car I was pleasantly surprised by the service department. Due to previous poor service experiences at another local dealership, I dreaded bringing my car in to have the recalls run. It was amazing to bring my car in and have the recalls taken care of with out being told my car needed unnecessary services and being upsold on what I came in for. (Or being approached to be sold a new car.) The team completed the recalls quickly, and had me back out the door in less than an hour and were very pleasant to work with. Will definitely use Bob Moore again in the future and will recommend for any friends needing Nissan service as well. Thank you. More
