We were on the way home about 2 or 3 miles at most going east on Techumseh road and I noticed a chip and small beginning of a crack in the windshield. I didn't notice it at your dealership and on the day she bought it probably because it was cloudy, and on the way home the sunlight hit it and it stood out. I could not wait at your dealership any longer that day so I called her salesman when i got home.He said he would talk to his GM, and to send pictures. The next day about 24 hours later I had not heard back, so I texted salesman. About 20 minutes later the salesman sent back,"Ok I got with my GM and he told me that we can fix it at our dealer prices per my management team". What that means to me is that the pre owned certification checklist isn't worth the paper its written on, and I"m wondering if the damage to the windshield was pencil whipped what about the other 167 items on that list. This is the first pre-owned certified car purchase that I have ever been involved in, but I wanted my mom to have some confidence in her purchase. I can see now that pre-owned certified means a higher price with a nice detail job, and don"t expect any thing else once you sign the papers, More
