I did have to leave my vehicle, which I was not expecting. The offer was made to take me somewhere but I do not live in town and had someone come get me because there were no loaner cars available. Color me surprised Car buying is never fun but I’ll have to give this one kudos. BM didn’’t have what I was looking for because Nisasan no longer puts the 3.5L in the Al Car buying is never fun but I’ll have to give this one kudos. BM didn’’t have what I was looking for because Nisasan no longer puts the 3.5L in the Altima...BIG MISTAKE. BUT, Jeremy and crew bent over backwards to find a good fit. In the end, I walked out...eerrr...drove out in a Maxima. After stepping down from a Raptor and a Mustang GT, a road trip was in the works. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised at how the car handled and truly approciate its quick response time and get-up-and-go when I step on the gas. Thank you, Jeremy, for going above and beyond. I actually had a great time from start to finish! More

People make the difference!!! Service was fantastic and it has always been that way here. This is one of the major reasons i come to this specific Nissan Dealership. I really feel Service was fantastic and it has always been that way here. This is one of the major reasons i come to this specific Nissan Dealership. I really feel like they always do their best to help and take care of me every time i come out to have my vehicle serviced. I have said it before when i have filled out these surveys that they have made a lifelong customer out of me. So far this is true as it is the only place i get my cars serviced and the only place i have bought a vehicle in the last 10 years. I love the Nissan brand for their quality and even when i do seem to have some kind of problem with a vehicle because nothing is perfect right? This Dealership has always taken care of me and been fair to me. I could not be happier with the guys i speak to when i come here. Everyone is so nice and polite along with professional and courteous. To be honest the last time i came here i got to thinking about how disappointed i would be if Aaron Wall or Anthony Cantrell left for any reason. It seems the leadership treats the employees well because both of these gentlemen have been here as long as i can remember and have never showed a negative attitude or have ever seemed to be bothered by my lack of knowledge and or questions when it comes to my cars. Please have these guys recognized and let them know they are doing a fantastic job!!! More
