I have had two poor buying experiences with other Nissan dealerships in the OKC area in the last few years, so my time with Bob Moore last week was unexpected & refreshing. I really liked my sales guy, Adrian Cutler; and I had an easy process with both Jesse Black & Mike Riebe in Finance. I'm very happy with both the price I received for my trade-in and the price I paid for my new Armada. It was just fun to buy a new SUV...and the previous two Nissans I bought were not fun...I should have gone to Bob Moore! More

Routine maintenance and check for recall deficiency I was brought into the service bay immediately and was at the counter signing paperwork in less than 3 minutes. The staff were professional and clearly explained what work would be done. I waited in a clean, comfortable lounge for about an hour, paid and went on my way. I've had multiple negative experiences at another dealership. (Such as: "Oh, yeah, I see you made a service appointment days ago, but we had a lot of walk-ins, so your oil change will take 3-4 hours.") I've only been to this dealership three times, but all interactions have been efficient and courteous. More
