Under warranty They ordered my part and got it in, I wasnt able to bring it in until I was off work, they put it in for me on memorial day when I was off work. Quick, Reliable, Expert Service Our car transmission was giving us trouble on a trip from Texas to Missouri. We stopped at Bob Moore Nissan in Norman, OK to have it checked. We met A Our car transmission was giving us trouble on a trip from Texas to Missouri. We stopped at Bob Moore Nissan in Norman, OK to have it checked. We met Anthony Cantrell, service consultant, and he quickly went to work. He had our car checked out, called our warranty company, and had a rental car ready for us in 45 minutes. We were on our way to our granddaughter’s graduation and we were put at ease with the care and service of this service department. Our warranty company’s inspector agreed with the assessment made by the service department and we now have a new transmission. Very thankful we stopped at Bob Moore Nissan! More

Rogue - Maintenance I understand the price is 'usually' higher at a dealership, but, the Service Managers will find coupons and give me the 'lowest' cost since I bring al I understand the price is 'usually' higher at a dealership, but, the Service Managers will find coupons and give me the 'lowest' cost since I bring all of my Nissan vehicles back here (40 min drive, but, bought from here &, so, prefer to have them service it as well). Been coming here since 2013 and have never had any issues. Occasionally, there will be a SM that is new and find 'issues'. I usually wait until I can discuss with Anthony or Aaron to confirm the issue and they have been accurate in their prediction of how long I have until I have to get it serviced. More
