Warranty repair Aaron is my service tech. I had a motor plug that was causing some distress on my car when the ac unit was running. Within 30 minutes, he had the prob Aaron is my service tech. I had my 3 year old with me and I had asked that while I wait for my car, if we could go home. He sent someone to take us home and when it was done they drove us back to pick it up. I had to pay my $100 deductible for the warranty repair, but that is much better than the possible $1k sticker I would have had to pay without the warranty. More
