I appreciate "no nonsense" service that's limited to my reason for being there and excludes superfluous service that other dealerships try to offer me. In that regard, Bob Moore met my expectations. Having purchased 3 vehicles (two Grand Cherokees and one Nissan Murano) from Bob Moore, I always feel comfortable dealing with both their sales and service staff. My most recent experience was no different. Let Anthony and Matt as well as the service technicians that serviced my Roadster that I sincerely appreciate their efforts and to keep up it up! More

Road hazard tire replacement Only 5800 miles in on my new Maxima I woke up to a flat due to a nail in the sidewall of the right front tire. Called service and spoke with Aaron. He Only 5800 miles in on my new Maxima I woke up to a flat due to a nail in the sidewall of the right front tire. Called service and spoke with Aaron. He advised to bring it in and they’d look at it. After seeing my warranty paper work and looking at the tire, he advised that it was unfixable and would be covered. Then he ascertained that the replacement tire was only available from Nissan and it would need to be ordered. He then offered to move the right rear tire up and put the spare on the back to help with drivability. The next business day the replacement tire arrived and Aaron and his group had me in and out in 30 minutes with the new tire balanced, installed, and re-stored my spare in the trunk. More

My air conditioner was not cooling and the fan was not working properly. They replaced the fan and added liquid to the air conditioner until to assist with cooling. It is working perfectly. Thank you very much and I appreciate you being open on Saturdays to get this done. More
Unprofessional I have already sent an email about my experience. I had a coupon that expired last month $21.99(i have always used them with NO problem) was told i I have already sent an email about my experience. I had a coupon that expired last month $21.99(i have always used them with NO problem) was told i could one for $28. Well, when i checked out it was $56! I told them i had a coupon then waited at least 10 minutes for them to find it. Then AFTER i left i was called to ask if if i paid! Seriously!!!!! Can you not check the till or look up the receipt?!!! I was actually considering upgrading my Rogue, but felt i was taking advantage of as a single mom & di not get me started on my last years visit when the security guard hit on me so hard & literally stood in front on my car so i couldn't leave! More
