Extended Warranty Repair Had an extended warranty repair item in need of repair. After diagnosing the problem, I actually had another part that needed repair. Anthony took c Had an extended warranty repair item in need of repair. After diagnosing the problem, I actually had another part that needed repair. Anthony took care of dealing with the warranty company to get both items covered under my extended warranty contract. The warranty company did drag their feet, but Anthony stayed on them until they finally approved the work. The initial repair part did not work properly, so the service department took the car back and ordered another part to replace the defective part. Even with the warranty company dragging their feet, I was given a loaner to drive while repairs were made. More
