First oil change for my truck. When I scheduled the appointment I thought it would be about a week or more to get in. They could have gotten to it the same day I called, I just couldn’t do that day. Everyone was polite but not real knowledgeable about the used vehicle I purchased. I did everything online and was still at the dealership over 2 hours. Bob Moore Nissan and their Service is why I have continued to purchase Nissans from Bob Moore/Jackie Pemberton, etc. I think the number of Nissans pe Bob Moore Nissan and their Service is why I have continued to purchase Nissans from Bob Moore/Jackie Pemberton, etc. I think the number of Nissans personally purchased is at 22/23 vehicles over the last 45 years...frankly, I lost count !!!! My normal service advisors, Anthony and Aaron are the main reasons I continue to shop at "BM". The shop service and follow up by Bob Moore is the BEST I have ever encountered. Even when I have purchased Nissans from other dealers/businesses, I return to BM for my service and extended warranties....Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your customer loyalty for all these years....the dealer service is the same even when purchasing other makes/models from "BM". Who/Whomever manages the service portion of "BM" sure knows how to keep customers happy....I have been in the customer service business all my professional career and you guys wrote the book on service...you can buy a car anywhere but customer service is the key...thanks again.
