Quick and efficient !!!!! Just like always. I have used Bob Moore Nissan (and other Nissan dealerships in Norman) for several decades, even the old Pemberton Nisson....yes, decades. I have had I have used Bob Moore Nissan (and other Nissan dealerships in Norman) for several decades, even the old Pemberton Nisson....yes, decades. I have had 22 new and used Nissans at last count. Most were purchased in OKC, some in Colorado or from private individuals. I have always used Nissan service dealerships. The prices are obviously higher...but, I know what I am getting and they have always stood by their service. The service advisors are very knowledgeable and professional...Anthony Cantrell is tops in my book at Bob Moore/Norman Dealership....thanks again and again...Ray Rupert Maybe you should hire me in sales....I think I know the product by now !!!!! If I could request a refund for brand new brakes, I would. I went in for new brakes as mine were going out (7 year old car, 2 years in my hands but Lord knows who drove it before but they drove it hard), I pai I went in for new brakes as mine were going out (7 year old car, 2 years in my hands but Lord knows who drove it before but they drove it hard), I paid 580 for brakes on Friday. By Monday I had a stuck caliper and was stranded in Dallas, 3 hours from home. They've done nothing to remidiate the situation that they put me in with their xxxxxxxx auto work. Don't go here. Do not bring your car here. Do not buy a car from here. There are better dealerships in Norman that probably won't leave you stranded. I want a refund, because brand new brakes should not do this, but of course they don't offer post service customer care. Because if they did, they'd be bankrupt. More
