My wife and I had been in the market for a newer Nissan Altima for a few weeks. We had just sold our little Versa and wanted to stick with Nissan, just get into something a little bigger. We were on our way to dinner in Norman and merely wanted to sit in an Altima and make sure we liked them. We were contacted by Kevin Bennett and were immediately impressed upon meeting him with his kindness and knowledge of the vehicle. He did not pressure us at all and when I stated that we would talk about the vehicle that we found over dinner, he still did not pressure us at all. We normally would have never gone back that soon but felt we would not be pressured by Kevin if we returned. We took the car over the weekend to make sure my kids enjoyed it and my wife fell in love with it. I had planned to go to the dealership myself on Monday and finish the deal but was held up at work. When I called Kevin and advised him that I would not make it, he said, no problem. I felt totally comfortable with having my wife go by herself and got the deal I wanted. I have never, in 20 years of buying cars, had a more pleasant experience than I did dealing with Bob Moore Nissan in Norman and Kevin Bennett. I will definetly buy my next car from Kevin and Bob Moore. Best experience I have had buying a car from a dealership. Thank You Bob Moore and Kevin Bennett. By the way, we purchased a used 2012 Altima and are very pleased with it. More

Stephen Beam was an outstanding salesman. He did not try to pressure us. He wanted us to be informed and buy what we wanted and needed. He worked hard to earn our trust and business. Kevin Middleton was friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He seemed excited about the many wonderful features of the unique Juke which he showed me during my test drive. He the vehicle I was interested in. He was meticulous in making sure I understood all the special and regular features that make the Nissan Juke a great little car. He was patient and helpful throughout the financing process. He also followed up with a call the day after I took the car home to make sure I was happy with it. I have driven Nissans since 2001 and have owned five now I think. I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Mathews who was the most courteous and helpful young man I have ever worked with. He realized this was a difficult purchase for me as I was trading in my beloved gas guzzler for a more fuel efficient vehicle. He showed me all the features of the Maxima but didn't push me to make a purchase. I do love my new Maxima although I still miss that gas guzzler! The finance depart was also exceptional in working me through different options. They treated with me respect and kindness. I will definitely recommend this Dealership to all my friends!! More

This is the first time that I have come away from purchasing a new vehicle comfortabel with all aspects of the transaction from trade value, rebates, and most importantly the financing. Robert Walke purchasing a new vehicle comfortabel with all aspects of the transaction from trade value, rebates, and most importantly the financing. Robert Walker was very courteous and took his time ensuring that we were comfortable with every aspect of the transaction and put our wishes first. Charlie Staton (F&I) as well took his time with us and did not rush us through the paperwork and gave us 100% of his attention. It is extremely rare that Mark and I have had such a relaxed transaction in the purchase of a vehicle. Generally you come away from the experience stressed from the pushing and hocus-pocus acts just to get your sale. Today's customer service skills in the workforce is most times lacking, however my experience with Bob Moore Nissan's staff from Cashier to General Manager was absolutely stellar! This was the best car buying experience I have had in many years. I have purchased many vehicles and have never been treated so well. I told my salesperson (Shawn) exactly what I wanted to get and what many years. I have purchased many vehicles and have never been treated so well. I told my salesperson (Shawn) exactly what I wanted to get and what I wanted to pay and without hesitation he jumped on it and got me the deal I wanted. He worked diligently the entire time to make sure we were happy and well informed on each step in the process. It was a no pressure, no hassle sale and I am very pleased with my purchase. When we saw Charlie, the finance manager, this too was a pleasureable meeting. He was very nice and well informed on where I wanted my payments. He was able to get us a full extended warranty and still keep me within the range of acceptable payments. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.
