I am a California resident internet shopping for a used Nissan GT-R when I came across a gorgeous Black GT-R on Bob Moore's Nissan of Norman OK. lot. From the moment I initiated a chat window from their we Nissan GT-R when I came across a gorgeous Black GT-R on Bob Moore's Nissan of Norman OK. lot. From the moment I initiated a chat window from their website with Phil, I was greeted kindly and treated with respect right off the bat. Here in CA, when dealing with these types of cars, there's always a cynical side to the dealers. That was not the case at Bob Moore Nissan. I spoke to Phil, Kevin, Chuck and a few other guys. They were all accommodating, pleasant & very eager to help in anyway. They never doubted my intentions of buying and worked with me all the way through. Kevin got my mobile number right away and text me a slew of pictures and communicated with me daily. This made me feel very comfortable and confident to make this big $70K+ transaction sight unseen by my own eyes. They overnighted all paperwork and walked me through a relatively easy process. Kevin sought the transaction to the end; interfacing with the truck driver and sending me pictures of it loaded up for the trip to CA. I look forward to enjoying my GT-R as it's been my affordable dream car since it came out in 08'. My over all experience was amazing with Bob Moore I had visited Hudiberg Nissan off 240 and will never step foot back in there again. I am thankful I decided to give Nissan one last shot at Bob Moore where I was met by Chris Stevenson and I simply can not say enough good things a bout him I have never met a car sales person as nice and respectful as he is. There was no pressure he took his time with me never pressured me I knew what I was looking for and what I was paying I had some where to be that day and had to leave before working out a deal but Chris called and assured me he would do his best to get the price where I needed and I will say Chris worked VERY hard that next day to get the numbers there and what I wanted on the car and called me later that day to let me know we had a deal I am beyond satisfied with the price I paid and love my new Altima. The dealership just has an over all great feel to it and I was also taken to meet the guys in the service dep. and they were very friendly and let me know where to go when I came for my oil change. There is a lot to be said when you can find a dealership that’s great and has a service dep. to match and you feel good a bout bringing your car back to them. Also I have to give Charlie Staton in finance a thumbs up he also was amazing to work with no pressure didn’t push to sale me what I didn’t want or need and made sure I understood and could contact him with any question. As Chris did the very same so I have to give Chris and Charlie a huge THANK YOU for all there help you two are a huge asset to making Bob Moore successful. More
I was ready for a newer car and, although very nervous, pleasantly surprised with my experience at Bob Moore. Kevin Bennett was my salesperson, and he made me feel instantly comfortable. He knows his product well and has excellent people skills. Although I was not sure what I was exactly looking for, he was exceedingly patient and helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured. He understood that, for me, buying a car was kind of a big deal, and he handled it accordingly. He made the experience of buying a new car as easy as I believe it could possibly be. Everyone at Bob Moore was fantastic. Greg, the GM, was easy to work with, as was Chuck, my finance guy. Kevin's professionalism and friendly personality enabled an initially nervous car shopper like me to purchase a car that I absolutely love. More
Excellent service! From start to finish, I felt pampered and appreciated! I have bought new cars before, but I have never been treated so well. Robert approached me in the lot and ask me which car I was interested in. He had the car brought to the front for the test drive. (I appreciated not having to stand in the hot parking lot, after working all day). After test driving the car, I knew I wanted the Altima Coupe. I had previously owned an Altima and after reserching the prices and various models, I knew what I wanted. I felt that the price negotiation was fair and did not drag on forever. I was preapproved through my Credit Union, therefore, I didn't need to spend a lot time with the Business Manager, Chuck. The last time I bought a new car, I was at the dealership all day because the Business office insisted that I try to secure financing with their contacts. I was ultimately, able to secure a better interest rate with my own bank. Chuck respected my time and knew that I wasn't interested in persuing other financing offers. He presented all my options in a straight forward manner and did not push me to buy extended warranties, etc, after I declined. He was not rude or dismissive to me just because I chose not to buy the services. I felt that he explained everything available and did not pressure or try to guilt me into buying something I did not want. (Which had happened to me when I previously bought a new car). When, I returned the next day to pick up my new car, it was cleaned and detailed to perfection. Robert ensured that I had a full tank of gas (unlike the previous times I had bought a new car). Then, he said his Sales Manager wanted to meet me and shake my hand, before I left in my new car. Imagine my surprise when 5 gentlemen came out to congratulate and to thank me! What a classy dealership and buying experience! More

I had done an internet search for '08 to '11 preowned Sentra's and located a few at various dealers in the OKC area. Bob Moore Nissan in Norman was the first (and only) dealership I visited. The salesman that assisted me was a very affable fellow named Kevin Bennett. I liked Kevin right away. The vehicle that I came to look at had been sold the previous evening and there was not another preowned Sentra available. Not to be deterred, Kevin was determined to find a vehicle in their inventory that would suit my son's needs. Being that Kevin is quite a good salesman, I ended up buying a very low mileage, preowned 2011 Versa. It turned out to be the perfect vehicle for my son. It is more practical for him, gets better mileage, is three years newer than his wrecked Sentra, and came With Nissan's 150 plus point certification as well as Bob Moore's certification which is invaluable. Kevin can explain that much better than I can. I would recommend Bob Moore Nissan and Kevin to anyone looking to purchase a preowned or new vehicle. I never got the chance to look at vehicles at other dealerships as Kevin made that unnecessary. This turned out to be a big plus as well; I got to spend more free time with my son. I should point out here that generally, I have not liked working with dealerships when looking for a used vehicle but Kevin and Bob Moore Nissan have changed my perspective. Thank you Kevin for making this a very enjoyable buying experience. More
