Buying my new Murano at Bob Moore Nissan was a pleasant hassle free process. Stephen Beam greeted me when I walked in the door, asked a few questions about what I was looking for and got started showing m hassle free process. He even drove me to the Ford dealership to look at the Ford SUV I had been considering. He was very friendly, and answered all my questions. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car that day. I went back the next day and purchased my Murano. I feel like I got a great deal and Gavin Shenk (the used car manager) gave me top dollar on my tradein. Charlie Staton handled all the paperwork. Every employee I dealt with was friendly and professional. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to buy a new car. More

Kevin listened attentively and paided attention to the facts, which showed up on the bottom line which was so important to me and my budget! The experience as just that, as I was very nervous he was calm and collected and kept to the business at hand all the while making sure we were comfortable with the numbers and even offered us an ice cold soda pop and refreshments for my two little granddaughters! Kevin really went the extra mile, he happened to inqire when was the last time I had purchased a "new" car, and I told him back in 1977 when I was 21. Then he asked if I had ever driven a car off the show room floor! Of course I never had, and Kevin said, "Well Ms. Ostler today you will do just that, when you come out the the office from signing the final paperwork your new car will be sitting right by my desk and then you will drive it out the showroom door!!!" You know I was just overwhelmed! How AWESOME is that I ask you? What sales person just puts themselves out for the customer these days of internet and unpersonalbe shopping? Kevin Bennett that's who! Kevin took time to explain my warrenty, my owners manual, appointments of the insterment panel, as well as walking me through setting the time on the clock on the dash! When my family and I first sat down with Kevin, he asked us how we thought this purchase would be like in our minds, and we told him, he gave us his personal mission statement which was that he wanted to change the public's idea of a car purchasing experience one customer at a time, and you know Kevin will do just that! Bob Moore Nissian, is so lucky to have Kevin on their team and as the "First Point Of Contact", because he will without a dought bring repeat business as well as the very important "word of mouth" business. I promise you I have told my friends and family about Bob Moore Nissan, and Kevin Bennett, I have given his card to many, he will be getting calls from people that just want to be treated like a person not a $, people that want a great deal, people that want a sold great car, with the first year of service "free"!!!! Stopped by Bob Moore Nissan with the idea of just looking at new Rogues. My previous experience had not been so good, so I was impressed when Kevin came out onto the lot to speak with me. I thought that I had already made up my mind to purchase a different make and model from a popular competitor. I thought that the test drives would serve to satisfy my desire to consider a variety of makes and models that had been on my want list for years. In 2007 I purchased a new Nissan Sentra for my wife and decided to wait for her car to be paid for before replacing my own car. We’ve really enjoyed the Sentra and it caused me to begin researching other Nissans. We particularly love the very smooth CVT transmission! I requested brochures for the Pathfinder and the Murano several years before I was ready to buy so it was important to me to at least test drive the models that I had had my eyes on for so long. Well it’s a good thing I did, because I immediately loved the Nissan Murano! From the moment I arrived at the dealership my sales consultant Kevin Bennett worked very hard on a very hot day to find just the models I was interested in. The Murano became my new favorite and went to the top my my list. The CVT transmission is amazing and the inside features include amenities that I had never seen before! My test drives made it easy for Kevin to show me how easy it was to buy from Bob Moore. I told Kevin where I needed to be on the price and monthly payments and he said he was 100% sure that we could reach a deal within my budget parameters. He wasn’t kidding. I was able to purchase a Murano SL sticker priced at $37,965.00 for $31,264.00 for a total savings of $6701.00. But that’s not all. I was preapproved with my credit union for a 4.25% loan. Charles Coleman in the business office was able to beat that rate with the same credit union by a full percentage point. He got it down to 3.25% ! And that’s still not all, The Bob Moore team agreed to discount the GAP insurance and the 100,000 mile Extended Service warranty Agreement that I wanted so that my monthly payment would not exceed my budgeted amount! If you want to negotiate the best price without a lot of waiting and hassle, this is the time and Bob Moore Nissan is the place! I have purchased 7 cars, (5 brand new) in my lifetime so far, and this was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. I did not feel ganged up on by the entire sales office. I only dealt with Kevin on the sale and then Charles in the business office. Both men were very pleasant and easy to work with. I did meet the other people on the sales team but only after the deal was done. They were all respectful of my time and eager to meet MY needs. Kevin Bennett and Charles Coleman are my new best friends. This car buying experience was so much fun, I wish I could do it again every weekend! That new car smell is my new addiction! He was nice, genuine, and completely honest throughout the entire process including the cars amenities and negotiations. I would recommend to anyone to go see Kevin if they are going out looking for a car. He made the entire experience worth while and fun. I bought an 09 Acura and could not be more happy!
