My rating starts with my salesman, Kevin Bennett, he was my first interaction with the dealership. I have never met a salesman I like until Kevin; he was amazing friendly, attentive to what I wanted and in my first interaction with the dealership. If every salesman was like him then salesman would not be a bad word. EVERYONE buying a car should get to experience the Bennett method and because of Kevin I will never shop anywhere else again!! Thank you so much. My next stop was financing, well, everyone knows that's a huge problem, not at Bob Moore Nissan. They were accommodating, dedicated and never patronizing; being a single female that can be an issue when making a big purchase. I had questions and they were answered. I had issues they were solved. My concerns were answered, my needs were met, and I left with a brand new car I never thought I would get. EVERYONE should shop at Bob Moore Nissan. I can say this with certainty because my previous purchase was a Toyota and that was a nightmare. I have purchased about four cars in the past four years and NEVER was it this smooth and time efficient. If I could give 10's acroos the board I would. They've earned it, they deserve it, and if you want a smooth, pleasant buying experience you will go to Bob Moore Nissan and ask for Kevin Bennett. This was my first car buying experience and they made it a terrible one. I was swindled into purchasing their extra services, I say swindled because I was NEVER ONCE offered them, or given the opportunity a terrible one. They just sold them to me as part of the final loan price. I wish I could have known better but since it was my first time I fell for their trap. When I realized that they had sold me these extra services (GAP and extended warranty) I tried to get them to remove it and instead got the run around for over 4 months. All this time later and when I go to refinance those extra services are still there and now I can't get them cancelled. I had done all the proper steps to get them removed but they never did their part. I should followed up with them more and kept better records of my communication with them. They are not here to protect the consumer, or make the consumer happy. They are only in this business for their OWN gain and to make their own pockets FAT. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! More

As soon as I walked through the door, three employees greeted me, and asked me how they could help me. I told them I was looking for William Avila. They pointed me in his direction. He introduced himself, and asked me automatic or standard. We talked about the things I was looking for in a car, price, sedan, low miles. He showed me three or four different cars. Then he said, "I have the perfect one for you." And so he did. A 2013 Nissan Versa, he even went on the test drive with me. I probably wasted 5 hours of his day but he was courteous, thoughtful, and he never made me feel obligated to say yes to anything. The staff offered us food and drinks, and once I signed the paper work, they all came around, shook my hand, and said congratulations. I was very pleased with Bob Moore Nissan of Norman, and with William Avila, who if I might add, was pretty easy on the eyes as well. I never thought at 22 I'd have a new car. Thank you. More
