Said the most they could do was give me an extra thousand on a trade in of a used car. I left there and went to Bob Moore Nissan. Told them about my predicament and Kevin told me no worries he would help me. He got me into a brand new 2014 Nissan Altima with the spirt package with close to the same car payment of my crappy used car. Was able to help me get an extended warranty so now i have a reliable nice car. Kevin is all smiles and has a great personality . Genuinely seems to care and want to help you out. The general manager at Bob Moore Nissan also got involved to make sure I got the best deal. I can't say enough about this place. More

Customer Service at Bob Moore I did a lot of research when I began looking for a new car and I walked into Bob Moore Nissan knowing exactly what I wanted. When we realized a car I' I did a lot of research when I began looking for a new car and I walked into Bob Moore Nissan knowing exactly what I wanted. When we realized a car I'd seen on their website had just sold, Kevin Bennett and his team jumped to find a model just like it (I was very particular) and honored the internet price of the original car. When the time came to fill out all the financing paperwork, Charlie Staton was friendly and explained everything thoroughly, which made what can be a stressful situation a breeze. Finally, when it was time to leave the dealership, Kevin knew I was in a time crunch and drove my new car to the rental car place in Norman so that I could return my rental car without having to drive back to the dealership, which was *much* appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I recommend these guys without reservation. More
Angry customer We contacted this facility to have a repair made on our HVAC system. We told the service department that the system would not turn off and it was maki We contacted this facility to have a repair made on our HVAC system. We told the service department that the system would not turn off and it was making a loud noise. We told them that we had already replaced the resistor once and it blew again so we needed a new blower motor and a resistor. The service person told us to bring the car in, it would take a couple of hours and they would fix us up. We also told them that we wanted the oil changed because it was part of the agreement when we bought the car. We called back on Friday April 11, 2014 and scheduled the appointment for Monday at 10am. On Monday we took the car in, an hour and 45 minutes later the service man told me the blower motor and resistor was bad. He covered the cost to repair this then told me he would have to ORDER THE PARTS and I could bring it back tomorrow. He also told me that he would email me a coupon for the oil change to save me $20 on the cost. I told him the oil change should not cost me anything because it was part of the original deal when I bought the car. I told him it was a 100 miles round trip for me to bring it back in and that we had already told him the problem when we made the appointment! He said he could order the parts but it would take 2 hours to get there and at least another hour to repair it. I told him to just forget it and to give me my keys!! I called the service manager "The" Shawn Box when I arrived home. I told him the problem I was faced with earlier. He was well aware of what happened because the service man had already spoken with him. I informed Shawn that not only was I upset for the lack of service but for the time that I had already wasted!! Two hours on the road and two hours of sitting in the service department and it wasn’t repaired nor did I get my oil changed. Then on top of that, the blower motor completely quit on the way home!! He informed me that they was not in the habit of taking a customer’s word for what needed repaired because if that wasn't the problem then the customer was stuck with a bill for that part. He said as for the blower motor it probably was just worn out and that no one had intentionally made it stop blowing. He said probably after tinkering with it and unplugging parts that it just finally went all the way out. I told him I was very upset and with all the good things I had to say about Bob Moore when I bought the car was all negated with this one experience. He informed me that his service guy had been there 7 years since the doors opened and good luck trying to destroy the 5 star rating that his family of employees has. I informed him that I had not said one thing bad about his employees but as a company taking care of its customers was a different story! So Shawn Box, consider this the first of many Bad Reviews that I plan on writing about Bob Moore Nissan in Norman Oklahoma. And for the record...I have already called another dealership, they have the parts on hand and will repair my car today! Plus they are charging me $200 less then Bob Moore in Norman!! I guess I will use that savings to put gas in my car, change my oil and NEVER DEAL WITH BOB MOORE NISSAN in Norman, OK AGAIN!! More

Kevin was the most caring sales person that I have ever dealt with when buying a car, I told him what I was looking for he listened and took the time out before I arrived to have cars up front and warmed r dealt with when buying a car, I told him what I was looking for he listened and took the time out before I arrived to have cars up front and warmed ready for a text drive. I will not ever go any where else to purchase a car with the red carpet treatment I received.
