On our vehicle the sun visor was broke, he promised it would be fixed. It wasn't! He promised it would be detailed and serviced before we drove it off the lot. It wasn't, it was the same as when I test drove it. He does not like dealing with women! I should have walked out. I learned my lesson. I tried to call several times and left a message, I have not been contacted by him or anyone else. If this is how you treat your customers, it will catch up to you! Elizabeth Buff More

Kevin listened to what I wanted and was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was awesome and was able to answer my questions about the vehicles I was looking at. He gave me time to think and didn't pressure me into buying. Fiancé was wonderful. They answered all my questions through the closing process. Very professional and was able to get me a great rate on my loan. I will definitely be buying another car from them. More

I had to chase after title paperwork from main office downtown OKC because the finance manager wouldn't call you back or answer an email!! Salesperson was going to have an item fixed on the vehicle I purchased, but NEVER called me back to schedule it. So I fixed it myself and cost me $47. The finance manager told me they would send me a check to cover it. Guess what, never received it. Whatever you do, get everything in writing. Due to the fact that they don't do what they say, we canceled the $2000 extended warranty within the 30 days that they pushed hard on at the time of the sale. The way I see it, if they can't get your paperwork to you within 30 days as required by law, and they don't send you the $47 measly dollars that they said was going to be mailed to you, then how can you trust the big stuff. Just use caution! More
Broke hood strut and refused to replace them I went there for a cooling system flush. After coming back home I checked the coolant to make sure it was at a proper level. Found that the engine hood would not stand as the struts were damaged. These were working fine before I went to the dealership. I suspect the mechanic might have pushed the hood up too fast in a hurry. Went back to the dealership in two days to show them what they had done and the guy in the black T-shirt (Anthony S Cantrell) in the front desk of the service center straightaway refused to accept that they did it. I wonder how he was so confident when he did not do the repairing. Instead, they gave me a estimate for replacing the struts which is quite shameful since they are the ones who broke them. I have been to the this showroom quite a few times before for oil changes and repairs. This time, when they felt that I might ask for some compensation for their mistakes they just ignored it, gave me an estimate, and relieved themselves of all responsibilities. More

We found the one we liked and started on some numbers. I appreciated his courtesy, knowledge, and integrity. Shortly after I met with Fred Crawford, Used Car Manager, then Charlie (Chuck) Staton, Business office Manager, then Kendra Moore, Business office Manager who runs all th numbers through the computer, then Rickey Bradford, General Manager. All very professional and have been there for 8 years and have known each other several years even before coming to Bob Moore. I felt a strong sense of family amongst them. I would very highly recommend this Dealership when it comes to you automobile needs. More

Very unhelpful in crisis! Sold us a nice looking car that broke down a month later. When we called to see if the very specific problem was covered under our warranty, they had Sold us a nice looking car that broke down a month later. When we called to see if the very specific problem was covered under our warranty, they had no idea if this particular problem was covered, but then told us it would have to be towed to the dealer and diagnosed before they could tell us anything (even though we knew the problem and asked if it would be--WOULD BE--covered). We would basically be taking a chance on paying for dealership labor/parts, a rental car, and a big tow bill! So we ended up special ordering the part we needed to do it ourselves, instead of taking the chance on paying a buttload more. The car has been broke down in the driveway for days while we wait for the part, and we have had to borrow a friend's wrecked car to get back and forth to work, which has no A/C in the middle of Heat Advisory summer weather. I almost fainted on my way to work and had to pull over and put it in park before I blacked out! I am very dissatisfied and we have had a horrible experience! More
