Worst experience with a dealership ever I actually bought a car here and I have been treated like complete trash. Before, during and after the sale. I can’t even get my salesperson to return I actually bought a car here and I have been treated like complete trash. Before, during and after the sale. I can’t even get my salesperson to return my call or email. There is another car on the lot that we are interested in purchasing and even with the bad experience, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and give them another shot with another car. (But only because we really liked this car.) again, we were treated like trash. I have never been so appalled by the actions of a dealership. I definetly will not be returning. I warn you, their customer service SUCKS. The manager is rude. They act entitled. They definetly won’t have my business, or anyone else that I know that attempts to buy a car. More

Unprofessional service This was our 2nd trip to this store. The first time we went to look at the car they would not negotiate a price difference, not even by $1. We were no This was our 2nd trip to this store. The first time we went to look at the car they would not negotiate a price difference, not even by $1. We were not asking much only $400 les than asking price. When we went back to work out a deal after they told us a lesser price a few days later, we were approched by Gene Rhodes the supposed general manager. With an awful tone and attitude in his voice, he said, "This is what we talked about on the phone. We are too busy for this, do you want the car or not?" Then proceeds to shred our paperwork in front of our face and walked off. This is not how a general manager is to act towards the customer. I escalated the problem up the chain of command and got nowhere. No one wanted to hear my concern or make the sale of the car right with us. Their customer service is AWFUL. I would never recommend Bob Moore to anyone nor will I ever step foot back on one of their lots. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! More
