Buying a used car at Bob Moore The dealership was “okay” because I have been treated better by a dealership in my overall experience, however our direct salesman, Boston, was wonder The dealership was “okay” because I have been treated better by a dealership in my overall experience, however our direct salesman, Boston, was wonderful. He was real with us, not manipulative, and didn’t act like a typical salesman. He is the only reason why we finalized our transaction at Bob Moore. I felt like the Finance department was trying to pull one over us as they stated or interest rate was one thing then when we said we were just going to go with it bank they came back 2 minutes later and had it 2% lower... that was frustrating, but Boston came through with all his promises and made sure he treated us as good as possible within his role/limits. Bottom alone: I would reccommend someone buying a car from Bob Moore, but not using their Finance Department unless you have you. More
