Stopping on a dime and breathing easy. I am a drop in customer. If it's time for an oil change I just pull in and tell the service people. This time I added checking and if need be fixing m I am a drop in customer. If it's time for an oil change I just pull in and tell the service people. This time I added checking and if need be fixing my brakes. I ended up getting the oil and filter changed, the brake rotors resurfaced, new brake pads and air filter and cabin filter changed. I have an 09 Titan with 77,000 miles. All repairs were reviewed and approved before work was done. It was done in a very timely fashion and I was kept abreast of the progress of the work. I have heard people gripe about dealership service departments taking advantage but nothing could be further from the truth in my experiences with Bob Moore Nissan service. Good people good work.
