Well my wife and I decided to Drive to Oklahoma City to pick up our new Miata instead of flying. Our Salesman Corbin and Bob Moore Mazda made sure all T's were crossed and I's were dotted on all the paperw pick up our new Miata instead of flying. Our Salesman Corbin and Bob Moore Mazda made sure all T's were crossed and I's were dotted on all the paperwork which was finalized via the internet, email and FedEx , we were now ready for our second Miata purchase "another deal". We arrived Saturday evening, I called Corbin, we met and within 30 minutes we were on the road again. Corbin made sure everything went perfect, a full tank of gas, and Corbin made sure our Miata was totally prepared for our trip home, my wife even remarked how shiny the Miata looked. My wife also claimed the first drive so Corbin went through the vehicle steps for her insuring she felt comfortable. Then like before Corbin and I shook hands after the deal and my wife and I were back on the road again. My wife and I are completely satisfied, and I’ll say it again “we found an honest salesman Corbin Morris and Dealership Bob Moore Mazda”, they make the honest deal you get worth the trip. I received good customer service. People were willing to listen, answer questions, and I felt like they were honest with me. I gave a 3 on quality of work because two check lights came on while I was still listen, answer questions, and I felt like they were honest with me. However, Craig assured me that this could be taken care of by the Service Department at no charge- so more points for customer service. Everyone was friendly. However, just for the record- I feel like it is unprofessional for an employee to chew tobacco dip while working with a customer. I feel like the price I was given was fair. Everyone would like it if new cars were cheaper- and I even did look at purchasing a used car, but I felt like the value of the car I would be getting with Mazda was way better for only a couple thousand more-- so that seems good to me. More
I visited Bob Moore Mazada this past weekend. As I spoke to Linda Graham, the sale associate and looked at the quality of cars on hand, I decided Mazada seemed like the way to go, ecspecially after test dri to Linda Graham, the sale associate and looked at the quality of cars on hand, I decided Mazada seemed like the way to go, ecspecially after test driving a CX-9 Grand Toruing. It was great, much better than the Rav-4 I had been driving for years. Linda was great, she was super nice and easy to deal with. She worked with me on the price of the car and I got what my car was worth on my trade in. Unlike other trips to purchase a car, the dealership experience was very inviting. More
Friendliness and Professionalism far exceeded my expectations. Corbin gladly made sure I was comfortable at all times and was genuinly concerned with me and not just the sale. I have been researching an MX5 for several months so I pretty much had all of the information I needed. I had contacted a couple of dealers via the MAZDA website and both made initial contact however Bob Moore began sending me weekly (?) emails regarding what was going on at and with the dealership. Corbin called me regularly, not being pushy but more to let me know that they had not forgotten me and again to inform me of any specials and to get a really good handle on what I was looking for. I was never contacted again by the other dealership. More
I wouldn't recommend this dealership. At first I thought I would want to buy my car from them. The sales team of Brandon and Lam seemed like they really wanted to help us get into the car we would like. Whe I would want to buy my car from them. When we actually were going through the process, we felt like we were being pressured to go through a lender that we didn't want to go through. We felt bullied....Not to mention while "Brandon" was trying to sell us the car he was chewing tobacco in front of us and spitting in the trash can. That was not appealing at all.When we tried to leave he was rude about the whole thing and continued to bully us. At the end of the sale he continued to make us feel guilty for putting our terms on the table. We just felt really uncomfortable. We had to come in to resign paper work and we were dreading it because we didn't want to be stared down by a guilty look. Lam was really helpful on the other hand he really tired to get us the deal we wanted as well stayed ALL day to help us. He was supposed to go home at 6:00 P.M and he stayed. He looked so tired but helped us with all the energy he had. He was a great salesman! Will I buy another car from there I don't think so unless I didn't have to deal with the manager Brandon again. We did get into the car we wanted and are very grateful. I'm sorry for such a poor review. I just want to tell the truth about how we felt so this wont happen again to anyone else. Thanks More
Prompt, friendly service, they had us in and out in a good amount of time. We were pleased with most all of it. Everyone went out of their way and the clean up of the car was fast and efficient. Frank was very professional and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the cars, listened to what I was looking for and was flexible in looking at a couple of different models. I didn't have all day to handle this process. I had to leave in the middle of it to go to a couple of meetings and then came back to finalize everything. When I came back the car was clean, had a full tank of gas and was ready to go. Frank went over the car with me and even set up my Bluetooth with my phone before I left. In general, a very pleasant process. More
The dealer said their would be no payment for 90 days, but I started receiving phone calls from chase bank after 45 days saying my payment was overdue and demanded I give them a payment over the phone im but I started receiving phone calls from chase bank after 45 days saying my payment was overdue and demanded I give them a payment over the phone immediately. I tryed to explain why I had not made a payment but chase rep didnot want to listen and called me a deadbeat, stupid and several other names. I called the dealer immediately and was told they made a mistakeand their would straighten it outbut I still got phone calls and letters from chase demanding I make a payment. I visited the the dealer and signed and new contract for 90 days and I was assured it was all taken care of but I still received theatening phone call from saying it was not resolved. I visited the dealer a second and third time and was assured it time it was taken care of and they would be in touch. I never received courtesy call from the dealer telling me that were sorry for what happen and have never received anything in the mail from chase or mazda or the dealer stating that everything had be resolved I just got tired of talking to the dealer so I stopped wasting gas and phone calls and am now just waiting on something to happen. On chases website it shows I bought two cx9s instead of one. I cannot in good faith recommend this dealer. The dealer not only erred in the finacing but showed little respect to me and my concerns about resolving the problem and to this day I still do not know what has been or being done to resolved problem. thank you Kenneth Loy More
