I test drove one on a Saturday and filled out the credit app. They had to get the one I wanted from Texas. They called on Tuesday and had it ready. I went in signed some paperwork and was out of there within an hour. Plus I got a really good deal on it. No negotiating. They came back with an offer that blew me a way. I thought I was stealing from them. More

Take advantage of young couple who traveled to trade in. Bait and Switch Was told that they would inspect my car for free for a vibration. I asked him to repeat for sure they could check the car for free and he said yes. Why tell me one thing then tell me another once I get there? More

After 4 months of research and test drives we settled for the CX5. I loved the driving dynamics even though the power to weight ratio is not that great , it gets you places and saves you gas. So Linda Graham was the awesome lady who helped us. Seriously, she was amazing and respectful and not pushy at all . She worked really hard to get us the deal we wanted and at the price we wanted. The sales manager was really amazing too. I was not to happy with the conversation I had with the finance guy. I understand he was just trying to do his job, but he had a way talking down to us when my wife and I were making decisions. However, despite that, I was very satisfied with the experience. More
