Take advantage of young couple who traveled to trade in. Bait and Switch Was told that they would inspect my car for free for a vibration. I asked him to repeat for sure they could check the car for free and he said yes. After 4 months of research and test drives we settled for the CX5. I loved the driving dynamics even though the power to weight ratio is not that great , it gets you places and saves you gas. The sales manager was really amazing too. I was not to happy with the conversation I had with the finance guy. I understand he was just trying to do his job, but he had a way talking down to us when my wife and I were making decisions. However, despite that, I was very satisfied with the experience. More
